Loading …The John H. Caskey Tribute dinner launched the John H. Caskey Endowment. The event was hosted by North Country HealthCare on April 26, 2008 at Forest Highlands in Flagstaff, AZ. The event was sponsored by McCoy Motors, Flagstaff Medical Center, and Benefit & Financial Strategies. Speakers included: Phil Garrod, Tony Norris, Henry Poore, Andrew Saal, Sue Billingsley, Terry Lacy, Jon Rondeau, Shelagh O’Connor, Charles “Chuck” Berry, Wayne Frerichs, Donn Johnson, Lanny Hunter, Richard McDonald, and Bill Austin. A letter from George Yard was also read. GoalBusters Consulting; Alice Ferris and Jim Anderson assisted in creating this event and produced this video.
